Day 1: Arrival at Chandigarh

Day 2: Chandigarh to Shimla
Start your second day of Himachal honeymoon trip with drive from Chandigarh to Shimla. Upon arrival check-in at hotel. In the evening, you can go out for local sightseeing and a casual stroll on the Mall Road. The excursion will be followed by a delicious meal in hotel which is planned in a romantic way just for the two of you.
Day 3: Shimla to Manali
Start your third day of Himachal honeymoon trip with a delicious breakfast in the hotel. After that, check-out and get set for another road trip. Proceed to Manali while admiring the beautiful landscapes and stunning sceneries on the way.

Day 4 : Manali: Day excursion to Rohtang Pass
Post breakfast, head for a full day excursion with multiple stops. Major sightseeings spots of day 4 will include Kothi Village, Gulaba, Rahla Falls, Beas Nala, Marhi, Rohtang Pass & Solang Valley. Explore these quaint places hand-in-hand with your spouse.
At SnowPoint in Rohtang Pass, you two can enjoy skiing, horse riding, yak riding, snow scooter riding, and sledging. You can also take the snow line cab to the top (on a sharing basis) for stunning views.
Later in the day, proceed to the famous adventure ground – Solang Nalla, and try different adventure activities like paragliding and zorbing. Note: Due to unfavorable weather, Rohtang Pass is closed from November to May. During this time, tourists will be taken to Solang Valley instead. Also, check for the availability of vehicle passes with your agent as these passes are a must for Rohtang Pass tour.
Day 5 Manali to Dharamshala via Kullu and Palampur
Post breakfast, check out of the hotel and start your cab journey towards Dharamshala. On the way, you can stop for sightseeing in Kullu Valley, Palampur tea gardens and the famous Baijnath Temple.
On reaching Dharamshala, check-in to the hotel and freshen up for an evening of leisure and romance. Enjoy the gorgeous surroundings by taking a casual stroll or walking a short mountain trail with your spouse.
Come back by late evening, for a delectable spread of dinner that will be served in the beautiful surroundings of your hotel. Enjoy the food and have a good night’s sleep.
Day 6: Dharamshala to Dalhousie
On day 6 of your Himachal honeymoon, upon check-out from hotel, you will be driven down to Dalhousie. While on the way, take a detour to McLeodganj. The little town is full of Tibetan refugees and establishments. Then you will proceed to Bhagsunath Temple, Dal Lake, and Tota Rani Village.
After all this, you will straightaway head towards Dalhousie. After check-in, you can go out to explore other points of interest in the area.

Day 7: Explore Khajjiar – The Switzerland of India
Day 7 of your Himachal honeymoon is full of beautiful and interesting excursions. After breakfast, take the morning drive to Khajjiar – The Switzerland of India. The beauty of this place is enhanced by a spectacular lake in the middle. Attractions here include the floating island in the middle of the lake, 9-hole golf course, a beautiful restaurant, the green grasslands, and activities like horse riding and zorbing.
While coming back, you can go for local sightseeing in Dalhousie. In the evening, take the cab to return to the hotel for a wholesome dinner and a comfortable night stay.
Day 8 : Dalhousie to Amritsar
On day 8, have your morning meal and then check-out from the hotel in Dalhousie. From there on, your caravan of honeymoon tour will proceed to Amritsar.
Upon reaching, check-in and relax for a while. Then, you will head out for a guided tour of major tourist attractions in Amritsar, including Golden Temple, Jallianwala Bagh, local markets, and such. In the evening, you will be visiting Wagah Border for its flag lowering ceremony.
Day 9 : Departure
Upon check-out from hotel you will be driven back to Chandigarh. The honeymoon trip will end once you reach there.
